The home of Irmo Little League is a 19-acre facility managed by the Richland County Recreation Commission

Park Rules
Park rules are posted at the front of the park and enforced by the Irmo Little League Officer on Duty as well as County Officials and Park Rangers. These policies will be strictly enforced; anyone failing to adhere to them may be asked to leave the park.
- Friarsgate Park is a SMOKE FREE facility.
- No offensive language or actions.
- No parking beyond the yellow gate except for Officers On Duty and Umpires.
- No weapons are allowed in the park.
- No noise makers are allowed in within the Park or its close proximity. This includes, without limitation: air horns, cow bells, clap sticks, plastic bottles with coins or other noise-making contents, car horns, key shaking.
